RedBull Leipzig career in German Bundesliga
Szoboszlai joined RB Leipzig on December 2020, with transfer fee of approximately 20 million euros making him the most valuable Hunagrian player in history of football. He managed to score 12 goals in 62 matches for RB Leipzig. Szoboszlai scored his debut goal for Leipzig in German Cup DFB-Pokal against SV Sandhausen. He suffered injury at Leipzig which made him unavailable for 2020-2021 Bundesliga season. He had also scored 3 goals in Champions League, Szoboszlai won two DFB-Pokal which is a German cup, in 2021/22 and 2022/23. He was Bundesliga Rookie of the month for August 2021, October 2021 and April 2022.
