Jérémy Doku got the taste of football when he joined the KVC Olympic Deurne in his youth. Then in 2007, Jérémy Doku joined Tubantia Borgerhout and then he moved to Beerschot in 2009 and played till 2012. Later he joined Anderlecht at the age of 10 and stayed there for 6 years till 2018.

He was the part of Belgium national team squad in 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar and made his world cup debut against Croatia.
